I am ommerson St Vilmé, I just barely finished my contract as chief logistical and operations manager.in an organisation called TBT( tevelb’t zedek) and I am looking for a new job in the field of logistics, considering my 3 years of experiences in logistics in several NGOs and my 4 years of experiences in management and administration, I firmly believe that my skills will be useful to your organization, I speak, writes and translates perfectly English, French and creole, I fluently all parameters logistics for instance , handling, inventory, transportation,kitting, procurement,fleet management , security, and maintenance .I have good computer skills , I have good capacity to make decisions for the well being of my department while Im following the rules of the organization, while having the ability to make decisions outside of the routine in an emergency case with the approval of my supervisor, I am very skilled in the art of managing and working with a team and under high pressure.
with regard to procurement , my experiences and skills have enabled me to acquire a good professional relationship with the best suppliers in Haiti and this for all types of purchases (vehicles, office equipment, medicine, house, generator and so one) I have also good experience in customs clearance procedure (APN-Haiti customs)and I have good experience in the regulation of government procedures

QUESTION OF SALARY
with regard to the salary, I am very flexible.
.basically, when I worked in the Canadian Red Cross, as fleet manager, my annual salary was 12960 USD, however the organisation TBT where I worked recently, as chief logistical and operations manager where I had much more responsibility than the fleet even though they gave me a lot of social advantage my annual salary was 6,600 USD, all depends on the fund available for the project, and now as we are not in a period of emergency there is less fund available than the past.
For me, the most important is the satisfaction of my supervisor and the organization, and my new experience with fun to challenge myself.
