The Coalition will position the company for opportunities to introduce its technology across all sectors in Haiti through our extensive and diverse network of contacts. We will jointly pursue the specific goal of assisting Atlantis Energy in establishing a fabrication operation to create job training in solar and additional renewable energy solutions and thus support a pipeline of workforce development pathways in Haiti. We are actively seeking business opportunities in Haiti that will lead to strategic partnership agreements for brokering services, joint project engagements, or a combination of both.

The company has issued the following statement:

“Atlantis will lead and invest in a comprehensive solar power operation in Haiti. The proposed solar operation would include a fully self-sustaining solar powered demonstration center which would highlight the self-sustaining PV and thermal technology as well as train personnel in assembly, installation and
maintenance of the Solar hybrid systems products.”
